هدف سایت ارایه و ارسال محصولات سالم در کمترین زمان ممکن بر اساس نیاز کاربر می باشد. لذا تمتمی محصولات با
ضمانت اصالت کالا و سلامت فیزیکی ارایه می گردد.
باتوجه به قوانین وزارت بهداشت و درمان در خصوص محصولات سلامت محور امکان تعویض و یا مرجپع نمودن کالای زیر
امکان پذیر نمی باشد:
- مکمل های ورزشی
- وسایل بهداشتی مادر و کودک
- اقلام ارتوپدی
- کالاهای فاقد پلمب
- محصولاتی که شرایط نگهداری خاص دارند(مانند حساس به دما)

داروخانه از طریق تماس با پشتیبانی اعلام انصراف نماید در غیر این صورت امکان انصراف وجود ندارد.

If the Customer Wishes to Cancel the Purchase for Personal Reasons:
The customer must notify the pharmacy’s support team of the cancellation before the product leaves the warehouse. Otherwise, cancellation will not be possible.
